Videography / Filming

Filming and videography has slowly been becoming an ever larger part of our workload as more and more clients want moving images to really grab the attention of their clients. Wayward Spirit aren’t the kind of photographers to stand still, instead we are on a constant path of learning and discovery to make the most of new trends, new technology and new opportunity.

New Lodge, Glencoe

This was a tricky video to produce, the dense tree cover and limited access points combined with a dwelling that is past it’s best formed a quite considerable challenge. We overcame this with some environmental shots, the use of a miniature drone to open up some shooting possibilities and a lot of editing!

Donnan, camuschoirk.

A perfect day on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula made this video an absolute joy to produce! The land on offer lent itself well to filming from the air, and someone was even kind enough to leave a yaught anchored in the bay!

Allt Nan Ros, Onnich

This was a video we were asked to produce to sell a holiday complex in Onich between Fort William and Ballachulish. The busy main road made some of the angles difficult to achieve with overflying rules, to overcome this a very small drone was employed that doesn’t suffer such restrictions.

Invergloy House, Loch Lochy

This small estate lent itself well to filming from the air with plenty of places to take off and no overflying restrictions to worry about!
